Yesterday the girls were wrestling before going to bed. They were playing and having fun until Felicity bit Seporah’s stomach, hard enough to break skin. Seporah screamed, balled up a fist and hit Felicity in the mouth hard enough to make it bleed, a lot. Felicity screamed. While they were both screaming and bleeding, Steven said I should take a picture so I could show everyone it really was a bloody mess. I thought that was pretty crazy as both of my children were hurt and crying. Plus I was pretty angry that they’d hurt each other. It may have been the first bloody fight, but I’m sure it won’t be the last.
What is amazing is that they will be the best of friends when they grow up. Funny how that works! The biting is a phase of toddlerhood but Seporah has a right hook, well that is impressive. Love you guys, Dad
