My youngest brother Josh has more than a few dietary restrictions. His list of things he cannot eat is probably 10 times longer than the list of things he can. If you’ll remember before he is currently on an LDS mission. So every now and then he gets a package from us with stuff he can eat. He can only eat a hand full of sweets, Ritter Sport Chocolates being one of them. So when I made the list of things for Steven to buy at the commissary that was included in it. I explained that he needed one for him and one for his companion. I thought I explained to get the mini pack with lots of flavors (that are $3.50).
All he heard was lots of flavors.
And one for Josh and one for Josh’s companion.
Steven came home complaining about how much they were (the big bars being $2.50 EACH) and why did we need to get so many varieties.
I totally thought he was joking.
Until I saw $40 worth of Ritter Sport chocolate in my house.
I almost don’t want to send Josh the rest of the crap we got for him.
(and no I can’t take them back, Steven always throws away the receipts on the way out the door, don’t ask me why)
(and I KNOW I’m not sending Josh the cappuccino flavored bars)
Throwing away receipts is our way of telling you we really wanted to do this and Josh will love it. His companion will love you more!

You are definately going to be the favorite sister for sending that kind of package. And with the cold weather over there, there is little doubt that it will melt.

Care packages always remind me of the ones we would get when overseas. You know what I’m talking about right, Steven? They’d send us toothe brushes, bars of soap, toilet paper, and socks. I would look at that… and wonder if these people think i’m back in WWI or something… lol.
