We had a staff meeting today and before it began we did this icebreaker (I love those things BTW). One of our co-workers wrote down positive attributes and we each had to pick one and then say who had that attribute. Some of them were pretty cool: inspiring, cheerful, dazzling, vivacious, joyful, tenacious, stuff like that. Then someone pulled out grounded and said that was me. Grounded, that’s not very exciting?!?! Not that I figured I would hit enlightening, but something better than that! 🙁
Being grounded is quite a compliment. It may not be the most exciting but I think anyone who has a sure understanding for life and knows where his/his head is at is very blessed.
So be proud of being grounded; your in a select group; this is a good thing! I love you and think you are grounded, too!
