From our Association rules book:
No occupant shall make or permit any disturbing noises in the building, garage,
roadways, or pool parking lot by himself, his family, friends or guests, nor permit
anything to be done by such person that would interfere with the rights, comforts, or
convenience of other residents.
a. Musical instruments: No occupant shall play any musical instrument on the
premises if the same would disturb or annoy other occupants of the building,
Ouch! And we just had our first complaint. The guard said that 8:45 am was too early to be playing the piano.
Utterly rediculous. I would buy a lot of those CHEAP alarm clocks, set them super loud, and plug them into the exterior outlets all around the complex. Preferably on windows and such. 8:45.. unGodly early!
