And Now…A Post About a Vampire That’s Not Edward Cullen

My husband loves Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I have seen exactly 2 episodes. One when I was a Sophomore in High School at Annie’s house (I also saw Days of Our Lives for the first time that day). And the second one Steven showed me. The episode is called “Once More, With Feeling,” I think it was in the 5th or 6th season and it’s a musical. Yes, you heard me right a musical. We have the soundtrack. I love it. It’s funny since ya know as far as I can tell it was a TV show with really bad make-up and a rather boring story. But the lines in the songs are witty, the tunes get stuck in your head, and the actors can actually sing (though they really can’t dance).

Anyway, I think it’s mildly funny that someone who never really watched Buffy would sing along with the musical in her car. All right, so now everyone knows I have strange tastes in music. If they hadn’t figured that out already, at least I don’t listen to country. BTW, these are terrible downloads.

  1. Now I have watched both Angel and Spike, and neither of them measure up to Edward. I liked both shows but I think Edward makes a more believeable vampire than all the rest. BTW: I went to see Twilight again and found it even better the second time around.

As for the singing along, now that is weird but hey, Märia is my daughter and I know for a fact that she got her weirdness from her siblings. 🙂 I know this because her parents are normal in every way. (HAA!)

Keep smiling and love to all,
