George Seems to Have Made Our House Permanently His
Yes, over the vacation Felicity was introduced to George, Curious George that is, and has been asking for him EVERY SINGLE DAY since. I’m pretty much sick of the movie and unfortunately we only had 1 George book, Curious George and the Rocket. Do you have any idea how many times I have read that book since we came home? Too many, that’s for sure. Today I finally said, Enough! I’m not reading that again, not any time soon at least. Then Felicity and I went to the book store to pick up Curious George and the Rollercoaster, Curious George Plants a Seed and Curious George and the Puppies. She thought they were awesome and carried them around all day. Then Seporah and Felicity played with the Curious George balloons. They also wanted the Curious George paper plates and cups, but at $5 for a pack of 8 that’s where I drew the line.

I have probably watched that movie with the grandkids more than any other. I can easily ignore the silly parts of the movie and still enjoy the music with them. Still, for me it’s not every single day. I wonder if I should apologize for introducing the girls to the delightful monkey? Not sure, but either way I hope you enjoy the new books, ALL of you!
Love you bunches!
