I think too many parents "protect" their children today to the point that the children never grow up and hence are still with their parents into their 20's. Cut the cord and let them learn about life; our job is to guide them and help them in this world not to protect them from every bad thing out there. Right on Lenore Skenazy; keep up the good work!
