The Weight of Self-Control (or lack thereof)
I went to the Doctor’s office today. The Weight is in:
I am 268 lbs.. So I have to w 245 by January 18th. Russ and Steven might be able to make it? Just curious.

Weighing in at 245 lbs; okay I can do that. Actually, I was hoping more for 220 lbs for me
As far as the marathon goes, I probably won’t be making this one. I did the Seafair Marathon (Bellevue, WA) in June and I have recently changed strategies for weight control and staying in shape. My son, Jeremy, has me doing body building with him; it has been interesting so far…
I am doing a half-marathon on Saturday but that will probably be my last distance run for awhile. However, good luck with your run! Russ

I am not admitting my weight but I did weight in and journal my weight this morning. I am hoping for 225 by the new year.
And I have started back walking. So I just need to keep on program.
