Not sure about Hawaii, but here in WA you get one thrown out every 5 years without any repurcussions, just have to pay small court fee (about half the ticket price here). Of course, if you did happen to get it on post, you could go to the next town hall meeting and whine about it...what do you think, Steven? Oh yea; I got a speeding ticket (1st in 20 years) in Wyoming last March; so who am I to talk :( Life is funny and then you drive slower...
